Phoenix Nest  Soft Tissue Therapy is a personalized and whole-person approach to bodywork. Grounded in classic massage and neuromuscular traditions, and integrating specialized elements of myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, this hybrid approach creates a  truly bespoke session, giving you a renewing experience to help with your needs of the day and empower your body's natural healing capabilities. Each session is a journey towards your optimal health and a deeper sense of who you are.

Craniosacral Therapy

Holistic Healing Treatments

CST is done fully clothed (but loose & comfy) Using very light pressure, the skull, spine, and tailbone are gently cradled, encouraging a state of hypnagogic relaxation - a natural sense of being between wakefulness and sleep. CST is an excellent adjunct treatment for headache, chronic migraine, sinus problems and anxiety. It is very soothing for people whose bodies are overburdened by the toxic load of Chemotherapy and other major interventions. Through its subtle yet powerful techniques, Craniosacral Therapy supports the body's innate ability to heal and self-regulate, offering a path to improved health and profound relaxation.

Myofascial Release

Harmonious Balance

A MFR session is done without oils or lotions, using gradually deepening, sustained pressure to areas of tension and restriction. Combined with passive stretching, this gently encourages your body’s connective tissue system to release. The goal is to facilitate deep and lasting release of various soft tissue issues, including fascial restrictions, adhesions, and trigger points. By addressing these underlying causes MFRrestores mobility, reduces discomfort, and improves overall soft tissue function.
